My name is Lauren and I am a teacher of Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga from Bury St. Edmunds in Suffolk.
I believe that it is never too late to be equipped with the techniques to manage the day to day demands and stresses that life presents us with.
My mission is to help one integrate yoga on and off the mat for overall physical and mental wellness.
