Yoga has helped me keep my mind and body healthy after becoming a Mum. For the past seven years, I have been practising and studying Vinyassa & Hatha Flow yoga. After seeing the benefits first hand, I wanted to pass this on to my children and other families, so launched Ren Yoga.
I am a 200 Hour Yoga teacher for Vinyassa and Hatha flow yoga for adults, as well as an 80 hour ZENMUMA Qualified Practitioner and ZENKIDS Certified Teacher, offering classes for postnatal women, babies, pre-schoolers and children, held within childcare settings and venues local to Bury St Edmunds.
I will teach you techniques to help manage the day to day demands and stresses that life presents us with. You will learn how to integrate yoga in to your life on and off the mat for overall physical and mental wellness.
My yoga classes are for all abilities and are held at various locations in and around Bury St. Edmunds in Suffolk.
